Hyland Software and Peladon Software to enter partnership and offer document processing solutions

-- Two software companies combine resources to create powerful solutions for the document processing industry --

 July 3, 2007, San Diego, CA and Cleveland, Ohio, – Peladon Software, a known developer of automated capture and document processing systems and Hyland Software, creator of popular enterprise content management solutions, announced a partnership.  The partnership agreement calls for a broad cooperation of two companies in development and distribution of information processing systems.  Both companies will be able to offer their customers a complete line of integrated document and content management software to automate management of information  in various vertical markets such as financial services, government, healthcare, education, insurance, etc.

 In evaluating various partners, Hyland and Peladon have concluded that the synergy between the two companies, the strength of their present product lines and the potential for the joint market presence are compelling reasons for entering into a partnership.
