MOSCOT currently processes their invoices manually for both its Eyewear and Eyecare divisions.  DocXP™  will allow MOSCOT to automate invoice processing and streamline Accounts Payable operations.  DocXP™ will be used to quickly and accurately capture data from invoices using OCR technology, apply automated validation techniques to the resultant data, allowing the Accounts Payable staff to review and/or correct any data uncertainties.  The final validated invoice transaction data will then be posted to MOSCOT’s Peachtree accounting system.  MOSCOT anticipates a significant reduction in invoice processing costs and times, and a major boost in efficiency using Peladon’s DocXP™ for Invoices solution.
