DocXP™

DocXP™ is a modular document and data capture software platform (see brief module descriptions below with links to more detail , screen shots etc) , these modules can be combined to facilitate very effective processing of documents and extraction and validation of data from a large variety of documents, those with hand print data and those with machine print data and indeed a mix format. The com interface (more detail below) allows for integration of other business process systems, specific business logic and or a specific output format. The system is modular and scalable in both its design and in its pricing, from single user to multi-user across multiple locations.

The system utilizes a Microsoft SQL database as it's back end data and process information store. The data will be removed from the Database when it is exported, unless you are also using our retrieval solution in which case the data will be retained for search purpose in the database.

The system has full user security, an extensive permissions model and full audit trail that allows for both the production of user statistics and document level statistics.

Intelligent Data Capture

Intelligently finds and reads the required information within the document without having been exposed to the document before. One example would be to find the invoice number, supplier name and total from supplier invoices.

Inspection

The Character Inspection, Mass Mark Sense Inspection and Data Capture Review screens and processes are designed to ensure data integrity. The unique, patent pending method to deal very effectively with the issues of  ICR and OCR high confidence misreads (substitutions) allows the operator to detect and flag things for further consideration of the index operator.
